Christmas Break

Ahhhhhhh……… What bliss to camp beside a beautiful river and be almost the only ones there. It was too hot to knit but not too hot to bundle and cook over the night fire. We swam heaps, paddled, floated on the rapids and played with the river stones. I played with silk samples and made 4 new merino jersey scarves, stitched wool blanket into i pod covers and made a couple of bits just for me. Recharged those life batteries in the simplicity of nature and family.
